Improvement

One of the things that I wanted to work on in 2010 was to have better self-esteem and a better handle on stress. By the end of 2009 I really felt completely drained. Emotionally,physically, and spiritually.
I've been doing pretty good, taking baby steps to take better care of myself. Not obsess with trying to be perfect i.e. perfect wife,mom,housekeeper. So I gave myself  a little breathing room, It was very much needed.
  But now we are coming to the end of February and I want to make sure that I am on track with my goals.

Spiritual:
    Continue reading the bible and publications daily
     Pray every morning and every night

Emotional:
    Remember to take of myself, don't allow negative feelings to build up inside of me.
    Communicate with my husband

Physical:
   Exercise daily
   Follow this plan
 
I think the best way for me to do this is to Simplify,simplify,simplify
as well as to stay accountable for my progress.
