I like mondays, A fresh new start to the week. and if you had time plan out week mondays should be relativly easy going.
I start my mondays out with a delicious blackberry smoothie. It is SO good and it keeps me going all morning. Here is my recipe:
1/2 c orange juice
1/2 c soymilk
2tbls yogurt
1 lrg scoop soy protein powder
handful of blackberries
blend until smooth.....YUM!
I have found that blackberries give your smoothie more flavor than blueberries.
