Preparing for the week

I like sundays. I like how it is a quite laid back day. I like that I always feel refreshed and ready to go when monday rolls around.
   I like to plan out what it going on in the coming week. At adailydoseofdieting.blogspot.com I was inspired to post my menus for this week on our blog.
   Sunday: Leftovers
   Monday: Tacos made w/ground turkey meat
   Tuesday: Grilled cheese,soup,apple slices
   Wednesday: Turkey Burgers
   Thursday: Blackbean Chili
   Friday: Date Night!!!
   Saturday: Chinese food-made at home
I also like to plan out my workouts so I know what days I am going to make them  a priority.
I found a good website thehomeschoolmom.com that supplies some great printable schedules for the week as well as menu ideas. Very helpful when you  are balancing work outside the home and your family.
